First baitcaster

With fishing season just about upon us I've decided I'd like to try a baitcaster reel.

I've been using spinning reels ever since I can remember.

I'm a causal fisher, maybe 5 times a month (3X catfish 2X bass approx.)

Anyways I'm wanting to get into it at the cheapest I can without comprising quality too much. Maybe $50 +/- $10 or so

I've been looking at the Abu Garcia Black Max but I've heard mixed reviews.

How do you guys feel about theBlack Max?

Recommend something else?
