DE Newbie With Amazon

Hi, I'm just now learning the ways of DE shaving, and already I'm facing a problem.
I started watching Youtube videos to learn about anything I can, mostly Nick Shaves.
I'm not from the US, so the only way I see to buy tools is through Amazon.com.
I want to buy from Amazon.com directly, where Amazon is the seller, simply because of money and card safety.
The problem is, not that many sellers ship internationally, or from Amazon.com (amazon the seller).

I came across a Edwin Jagger razor that I really liked and it had very good reviews. so, now I'm missing a brush, soap and blades. When it comes to blades, I get 5 Derby blades with the razor, and I'm considering a pack of Personna. The soap I think I'll go with the Edwin Jagger soap. So... The main problem is the brush. I heard from the videos that when on a budget, it's better to go with boar, because a good badger isn't cheap. Good and cheap (15$) boar brushes are mostly Omega, but I can only buy them from another seller on Amazon, not Amazon itself.

Am I on the right direction, any suggestions?
