Odd question: How do you make your capital cursive "I?" I was paying closer attention to a Palmer script, and noticed the "I" was made by starting the loop at the base line to the right of the letter, going up, looping down, then finishing with a hooked "tail" to the left. I make mine in the opposite direction, beginning at the base line to the left of the letter, going up, looping down, and finishing on the right side. Since I unfortunately make the hooked "tail" to the left so poorly the letter can be confused with a lower case "d," I tend to forgo this part.
I practiced this letter the recommended way, and concluded it felt "off" not so much because of decades of habit, but it felt like the flow was to the left when it should be to the right.
