Last night my girlfriend and I made cauliflower crust pizzas. It was the first time I had tried one. I've wanted to just hadn't gotten around to it. I gotta say I loved the hell out of it. I put too much toppings on mine so I burnt the crust a bit but it was delicious. The only thing I don't like about it is the work involved. Wringing that mess out is a *****. But honestly, I could give up dough crust for this.
