I received my soap from Groom today,
Groom is a small "men grooming product" from Montreal. Am I ever impressed!
This is a softer soap, like proraso, that smells like pine and juniper with maybe a touch of licorice. .. you lather it on your face and you can imagine yourself in the middle of a Christmas tree farm...
I did not shave with it yet but I had to try it on. Really easy to face lather (easier than proraso for sure). Nice, thick lather in a few seconds with a fairly strong pine smell. It seems to be fairly slick (will need to shave with it to judge for sure). I tried on my face, waited a few minutes before rinsing, wash off the lather and now, my face doesn't feel dry like other soaps do to my face. Can't wait to shave with it tomorrow.
