Hey guys! Back for more help from the experts! I have finally gotten my loading game down with Mikes soap, but am wondering if my expectations are a little high for the lather. I do a good 100 swirls with my boar brush, which I found does way better than my badger brush, and I add just a bit of water and I get a good lather on the face. The only thing is I dont know if it is exploding or not. I go in circles on my cheeks and I can still see the skin under the lather, but if I paint it on then my whole face is just covered in lather. So is that normal? Does painting it on still give you the good slickness and post shave benefits? Does exploding mean it exploded in the brush, or on the face?
