Older house has 2 back to back bathrooms.
One has been gutted for decades, and the other is barely usable.
Lived in this place over 20 years with just a bath, and am ready to make it a little more comfortable, and possibly put it up for sale.
I could probably do most of the work, but I would be slow at it, and I've never done a remodel.
I would have to stay elsewhere while it gets done, so I'm thinking it may be best to hire someone that does this stuff all the time to come in a get it done and out of the way.
About how much should small bathrooms cost to completely gut and remodel?
How the hell do you find someone that will do good work these days?
