My fourth shave with a de razor. The first 3 were not so good but man the fourth one was terrible.
First pass WTG went well, small nick. I can't get a good shave at all without going against the grain so I tried to go against the grain. A lot of nicks on the sides of my face but when I got to my chin going against the grain it made a pretty deep cut. A lot of blood, for some reason I decided to keep going the moustache was left and this was my first time going against the grain on my moustache with de razor. I ended up getting 2 really deep cuts, blood didn't stop for 45 mins, one cut is right above my lip. I think the problem with that area is so sensitive so when I tried to place the razor against the grain it just instantly pressed into it and made a cut. God it still burns...
DE shaving just seems so hard to me but I get a really clean shave so thats a plus.. I like it a lot better than my cartridge shaves besides all the nicks and cuts, but I still have to go against the grain otherwise its no better than a cartridge shave.
Using astra blades right now.. seem really sharp.
EDIT: Also please someone tell me what I can apply to my face, I really don't want these cuts to scar as they are very noticable right now :/
