Working my way through the Atelier samples, and it turns out that the wife is crazy about Gold Leather. It basically smells like dark rum and spiced fruit--warm, brown, sweet, boozy. Totally unusual for Atelier.
Anyway, I really don't want to drop $100+ on a "sometimes" scent so I'm looking for more affordable scents that fit this profile. Here's the Basenotes page:
