Had the Pinaud Virgin Islands Bay Rum (VIBR). Just needed the Masters Bay Rum and the Superior 70 ... nothing a few mouse clicks can't do.
Mixed up (authentic) Bootlegger's Bay Rum with equal parts of each ingredient. First impressions ...
Masters DOES have too much glycerin, as the Wiki recipe states. Almost sticky. Superior 70 DOES have much alchol, but also the real Bay Rum oil ... it's nice. VIBR is an old favorite, but it can be a bit much.
All together they make a pleasing bronze color, what you'd expect from an expensive bay rum. The VIBR is toned down, the Superior comes up, and the Masters orange color goes away.
Face feel is good, very. Many thanks Okie Stubble (Rob); this is worth doing.
