Item: Merkur Futur - Satin (used) w/box documentation.
This is my first DE safety razor. It is far too much razor for me. It has bitten me hard and now I'm scared of it.
I would like to trade for a razor that is more suited to a newb. (I'm not looking for equal exchange value necessarily, I want a better suited learning tool).
I would also trade for a shave ready straight razor.
I have really taken to my straights, but have only used the ones I have honed myself. A properly honed straight would give me a benchmark to judge my own work.
Either way, I would like to trade my Futur for something to advance my wet shaving learning curve. Whether to give DE safety razors a second chance of improving my honing.
I've used it something like 5 times, no scuffs or dings.
If trading for a straight, I also have a leather pouch (Fendrihan, neutral leather) for the DE that I would no longer need.
