Hello, I have made an order in bestshave.net e-shop and it is already more than a month and the goods are not yet delivered. What they say in their website, that it should take 5-9 days for delivery, but it is four times more already and what is even worse - they don't answer my e-mails with questions about the order status. Maybe someone knows anything of possible solutions or available other ways of contacting them? The other problem is that part of the order was planned as Christmas gifts.
