Since it is New Year's Eve, I thought I would ask what is your sparkler of choice for celebratory occasions? Is it an honest to goodness Champagne or a sparkler from California, Italy, Spain, elsewhere?
I'll start. For Champagne I like Pol Roger and Moet & Chandon. From California Chandon is a really good budget sparkler but I really like Schramsberg.
