I've had an AoS pure badger since 2007, which is looking pretty ratty nowadays, and I thought I'd give my WSP White Mountain Silvertip badger some rest by getting a Best badger to round things out. It's the perfect size for my hand, and feels soft enough...can't wait to try it! Of course it came in the mail right after I had just shaved off 3 days' growth.
Slight tangent here....is it Simpson, or Simpsons? It says Simpson on the brush, but the red box it came in clearly says "SIMPSONS"
Any tips on breaking this in, or does it even need breaking in? Surprisingly there's no scent I detect (the WSP brush reeked of badger) and I remember my AoS pure badger having an orange peel scent on the brush.
