Last shave of the year! I decided to pull out my Gillette Sensor and put it to the test. Same prep, CC Bay Rum Soap. Let me say that I was amazed at how good of a shave I got. Seriously, this is right up there with the best shaves I get with my DE! Smooth neck, irritation free, BBS on cheeks, this is an awesome shave. Had I gotten shaves like this before I never would have switched. Then again, if I never switched, I'd never be capable of getting a shave like this with the Sensor....what a conundrum... Anyhow, it seems prep and technique are key to a good shave, you can make up for a lack of a quality razor with good technique. I'm glad I tried this, I realized just how much I've learned so far. I never thought my face could be so smooth from my old Sensor!
