What is that wonderful, cooling sensation??? Menthol - ahhhhhh. Ice Blue indeed.
May not be the best scent, but this stuff feels amazing! And the fragrance is light enough that mixed with a bit of water is just there enough to be refreshing.
Going cheap, old school, drug store style isn't such a bad thing sometimes.
