So, I've been using a VDH brush and mug since about February or so, and they're both fine, but I've been thinking of getting a new brush. I've heard a lot of good things about silvertip badger hair brushes, but they all seem pretty pricey. So I'm considering ordering the brush handle and knot separately and assembling it myself, any tips or input? Anything I should know? I think I saw elsewhere that I need to get a knot that's 2mm smaller than the opening? And what should I use to attach the knot to the handle?
