I came across this interesting article and thought I'd share. I know that almost none of us here are "into" that subculture, so this isn't intended as "here's how to do it" but more sort of a "national geographic: look, I found this strange island in the north Atlantic where the natives do this odd thing" informational service. I like the discussion of the strange link/balance between reverence, nostalgia, and mockery, all coming from a rebellious subculture.
