A quick search yielded nothing, and I don't care to do an intensive search so here we go!
I am making dinner for the parents tomorrow night, and was planning on doing steak and lobster and a side. My question rests on the lobster. I have never cooked it before and don't want to screw it up. I was planning on getting whole lobsters, cutting them down their backs so they are halved and grilling them over medium heat with the shell side down with a bit of herby butter spread on/in them. I would separate the claws and leave them on a minute or two longer so they get cooked through. How does this sound to you? Would you do it differently or just get tails?
Thanks!
