Today I called customer service at classicshaving.com to get some insight on their products (strops and pastes) and Jason spent almost 30 minutes listening to my questions and sharing his insights. He didn't attempt any upselling or pushing products on me. He just helped me make a more informed decision on how to move forward with my straight razor upkeep. I don't often get such great customer service. I've ordered from them a few times in the past and it's consistently been a good experience.
