curious? in one month? enough time?

Hello everyone. First post here and have never shaved with a DE razor before but I want to. Seems like from what I've been reading that these are better and I have sensitive skin and would help out with that too. Use to shave with cartridge razors( about 3 years ago) and would hate the way my skin felt after the shaves! Very uncomfortable. So decided to not shave anymore. Well now I'm joining the air force and I'm gonna have to start shaving again. so my question is that, I will be leaving in just under a month for basic training, will that be enough time to learn how to shave decently and sort of fast? Not crazy fast but you know military and especially boot camp when they are trying to break you in. Or should I just wait to learn how to shave after basic training?



Also kind of interested in acquiring a fat boy or slim. If anyone has one for sale in good condition. Let me know please. Thanks.
