This is my first thread offering items for trade on the BST forum. Please let me know if I'm forgetting anything, or if this post is missing any details. Any feedback is greatly appreciated!
I have several slant razors and watches that I would love to send to new homes, as I'm not giving them the attention and love they deserve!
Please send me a PM or email to dimitrof@ualberta.ca if you are interested, and I'll supply plenty of pictures. Also, let me know if you're interested in multiple items - I'm more than willing to combine my offerings if people want more than one item!
Here are the slants I am offering - I will also include a mystery shave soap or cream with each razor!
1) Vintage Merkur 3-piece slant with box
2) Vintage Hoffritz slant with leather case
3) Vintage Hoffritz slant with plastic case
4) Vintage Lunawerk 3-piece slant with case
5) Vintage Lunawerk 2-piece slant with case
6) Vintage Coles slant with case
7) Vintage Pomco slant with case
And now for the watches...
1) Stocker & Yale SANDY 490 with black NATO strap. This is a NOS military-issued automatic (ie. hand-wound) watch, produced for the US forces during the 1990s. The watch is in excellent working condition.
2) Stocker & Yale SANDY 490 with olive drab NATO strap, similar to above. The watch is in excellent working condition.
3) Stocker & Yale SANDY 490 with leather strap. The watch is in excellent working condition.
4) Hamilton Khaki automatic watch: Needs some attention and work done on the crown. I can include this item as a PIF treat with one of the above watches or razors. I don't have the ability to care for it or fix it, but I'd gladly pass it along to someone who does!
The items I am interested in obtaining via trade are as follows:
- Razorock SLAB, first run. I see that this razor is back in stock at Italian Barber (I ordered one!), but I'd love to get a first-run model to compare the head and handle to the current offering.
- HTGAM Pollywog razor with purple tip
- GFT Spanish Leather shaving cream
- Irisch Moos shaving cream
- NY Shaving Company Old St. Patricks and Tonsorial shave cream or shave soap
- D.R. Harris Sandalwood shaving soap
As mentioned above, just send me a PM or email and I'll zip pics your way.
