I have a ceiling fan/light that is controlled right now by pull chains on the fan. I'd like to add a wall switch to control the light, but I don't want to pull wires through the ceiling and wall to put in a hard wired swicth. I've been looking at wireless solutions. There are some, but they're over $100.
I found one on Amazon for $12.
It looks like it will do the job, but it isn't UL listed. It seems awfully inexpensive and I'm a bit wary of the lack of UL rating. Any opinions?
Does anyone have experience with a UL listed remote switch that would do what I need but doesn't cost $100 or more?
