Looking to get into wet shaving. Tried searching the forums and been too overwhelmed with the information it kind of confused me on exactly what would be the best bang for the buck starting out. Don't have a huge budget on starting out, but I'm looking at spending 100-120USD. Will extend my budget a little more if it really will gets me a much better product. Going to probably be ordering online, so if you can recommend me the best online retailers for price and shipping to Texas. I see that two very good safety razor to start off with is Edwin Jagger DE89 and Merkur 34c. Are their any other safety razors that can fit in my budget that will be better than the two listed. I have no idea about bowls, brush, pre shave oil, soaps, and razors. I love woody scents, so probably looking into buying a sandalwood wood or cedar type of scent for the soap or cream. If you can recommend me a starting kit on what to buy and where that would be great.
