Hi all,
relative newbie here. Been working on my technique for a few months now and tried a lot of different gear. One thing that doesn't change is the razor burn on my neck. I think with less passes, less pressure and perhaps a better angle I could reduce it down a bit but it's something I have always had even with cartridges.
I was wondering if anyone had any top secret or unusual cures for cooling down the neck? Toothpaste, baking soda, raw egg and vinegar etc!!!
I can use an alum block on my face but on my neck it makes it a lot worse. I have ordered some Thayers witch hazel to try. I also read about about an old barber keeping a face cloth in the freezer to apply after a shave and might try this.
i look forward to hearing what you think.
Paul.
