Hey guys -
I'm planning a party in three weeks and thought a briscuit would be a nice change from ribs & burgers.
The more I read the better I feel about the task but there's no way to ask questions etc. when viewing random web pages.
This page and article was a good, long, read and aside from estimating cook times I'm ok with everything I read.

I have an old Traeger and plan on firing it up for this event.
I'm on the fence as far as my purchase goes - not sure if I'll grab a large flat or entire cut at this time.
The flat is appealing since I *think* timing the job will be more predictable.
Any thoughts, suggestions, words of wisdom as I move forward with this event?
