Long story short...I snagged a puck of Geo F Trumper rose shave soap. No matter what I've tried, the stuff will not lather. Using a bowl and brush, tried soaking the puck from 2-10 minutes prior. Just a thin and airy film resulted. It's like trying to shave with club soda.
I can lather the Fat like nobodies business, but this stuff is just impossible. Anyone else have this problem? Pointers?
