I don't need another razor or more shave cream or more aftershave or more accessories. So what do I do? Buy more!!
I just bought a RazoRock "Slab". I'm hoping that this is the last razor I buy and then pare down my razor collection from six to either three or four. I'd like to be able to shoot for just having two or three razors but I don't think I'd want to sell off more than two. The Slab was $39.99 and the Italian Barber offers free shipping at $60.00 so why stop there? To round out the remaining $20.01, I decided to give a couple of Arko shave creams a try and bought some Arko Extra Sensitive and Arko Maximum Comfort. The Arko stick cream was really drying to my skin but I heard a lot of good things about their tube creams. The two creams didn't close the gap so I also bought some Arko Maximum Comfort After Shave Cream and some RazoRock "Problem Solver" Lime After Shave Splash. That's $60.95 spent and free shipping accomplished! So I'm done right? Not so fast...
I saw this little gimmick somewhere and decided I had to have some. I guess they're called tube roller keys. You put it on the end of your tube of product and use it to wind up the empty tube as you use it thus assuring you are able to squeeze all of the product out - no waste. I found a seller on Amazon who sells them in lots of three for a very reasonable price and very reasonable shipping.
All of the above follows closely on the heels of purchases that included Aqua Velva Musk after shave, some Gillette Cool Wave after shave and a great 3-pack deal of Aqua Velva Ice Sport after shave from Ebay.
Does AD ever end?!? I told myself I wasn't going to be one of those guys and here I am! My razors will last me a lifetime and I have enough soaps/creams, aftershaves and blades to last me for years!
