I've gotten pretty much what I like and am selling what's left over.
I have a Merkur Progress that's in good shape for $50 shipped.
Above the Tie R1 plate (medium aggressive solid bar) for $60 shipped or trade for an H1 plate
Above the Tie complete set - this is both handles (Kronos and Atlas), two top caps, and all 6 plates (M1,M2,R1,R2,H1,H2) as well as a storage case. I got the set here and used it to figure out which configuration I like, as well as to do some blade comparisons. I'll sell everything for $500 shipped. I would rather sell as a set, but if that doesn't work, would consider splitting it up.
Last I have a starter set. It consists of an SOC cherry boar brush. A user grade, but very functional Gillette Milord (like a 40s super speed, but gold in color), and a selection of soaps and blades. There will be everything in the picture, plus some more. All together there will be over 100 blades (a lot of Derby, but also a mix of things). I would like $50 shipped for everything.
As far as trades go, I would like an H1 plate. I know I'm selling one, but I'd like to keep the set together if I could. I'd also consider a 10k or higher finishing stone. I don't need anything esoteric. Synthetic and good performing is fine.
