Moving on from a Whipped Dog Silvertip?

Hello gents,



I have a Whipped Dog Silvertip that I have been using for a while now. I also have a cheap (price-wise) Omega Boar. I have no reason to buy another brush as far as I'm concerned.



However, I am curious for those of you that have experience with a Whipped Dog Silvertip, is there a noticeable difference when you've moved on to a more expensive silver tip?
