Someone tell me about this Dorko I just found.

Hey all! Just picked up this beauty at an antique store and it's by far my best find. Gold is in perfect condition, with a little bit of corrosion on the spine and a big water stain on the back. What should I do with this thing? I haven't touched it yet with anything, should it be professionally done? Is the razor worth paying someone to do a very minor restoration, I have no idea if this thing's very valuable or not? Let me know what you guys think, and any indication of age would be awesome!
