Orange monster losing time (more than normal)

Hey guys,



Ive had my Orange Monster for a couple of years now and it has started to lose a few minutes a day. Ive been fine readjusting it every morning, but it would be nice if it would keep time more accurately. Do any of you guys have suggestions on how to fix this?
