1. Combo Coticule, unknown layer. 8"x2"x1/2". I have done everything on both sides but set bevels. An enjoyable coticule to use. It comes with an interesting, tight fitting sheath. Also comes with a 1"x1" combo slurry stone but I forgot to take a pic of it. $145

2. Combo La Dressante Coticule (I think). 5"x1"x5/8". I haven't used it. I got this at the same time as another coticule that has since become the last one I'll ever need...:001_rolle
$95

3. La Verte Coticule (maybe?). 7 3/4"x1 3/4"x 5/8" The previous owner removed this from a paddle that was falling apart. It's extremely hard. I only used it as a finisher, which it does quite well. One side is flat - the other side has two small depressions but they didn't get in my way so I didn't lap them out. Slurry has a very earthy scent. $125

I have used all of these blades, some of them several times. Are they 'shave ready'? Well, I have honed each of them using a bevel setter and coticule. I find them all to be very sharp. Each is very capable regardless of the character it retains.
They have all been thoroughly cleaned, honed and sanitized. Most were unpinned before cleaning but not all.
1. Pair of straights and double coffin box.
Torrey is 11/16 about quarter-hollow. Shaves like a wedge.
Joseph Rodgers is 5/8 about half-hollow. Horn scales made to look like tortoise. They have "W.J. Philbin 1895" scrawled on the back side. I like that.
I made a small repair to the bottom of the coffin but she's overall very solid.
$150

2. John Heiffor "For The Army". 6/8. Heavy, thick, near wedge. Scales have a couple dings but they are tight and blade closes on center. $70

3. Boker "Pearl". 9/16. She arrived pretty beat up but cleaned up well. The covered tang has been pieced back together. I'm not sure it's real pearl, probably not. Face side has "H. Boker" and tree logo. Original scales, no wedge. Some hone wear. Comes with original box in good shape. $50

4. Infallible. 5/8 at toe - 11/16 at heel. English maker, I believe, imported by J. Curley and Brother, NY. Jimps in thumb notch. Original horn scales and lead wedge. Comes with a homemade sheath. $40

5. Genco Black. 5/8. Original black plastic scales. Jimps on bottom. Come with mismatched box in ok shape. $35

6. Pair of straights. Neither are beauty queens but they both get the job done.
Genco. 9/16 x 2 3/8". Originally designed to accept a safety guard but it's gone. Original plastic scales. Corrosion has left an interesting spotted pattern on the spine and backside.
Shumate Safeguard. 5/8 with plastic scales. Missing the protective guard so it sets deep in scales. Made in USA.
Cutting edge = 2 3/8" - almost a natural shorty.
$35 for both.
7. Feather DE Blades. 5 packs of 10 each = 50 total. $15
Thanks B&B!
