Bacon bomb/ Fatty recipes?

Going for a bacon fatty this week. I have some ideas on ingredients, but just want some other ideas.



Here was my idea:



ground pork/beef mix

pork rub I made

mushrooms

onions

garlic

tomato

shredded three cheese blend

bacon weave of course



i also am unsure of how much ground meat to use
