Get a French Press (you decide how fragile and expensive) and a bag of whatever beans you like. Grind them ahead of time on the "Course" setting at the supermarket. All hotels have a microwave in the room and/or in the lobby so you can nuke the water to a really hot temp. Cream & sugar is up to you, but the hotels have that as well. That setup won't take a lot of room and you will have the best coffee you can get.
