I have never used a shave stick, but recently entered a FIF for one. This got me thinking about two vintage shave sticks someone gave me years ago. It never occurred to me that I might use them. One is a Gibbs the other an Easy Levers. What are your thoughts concerning using these? I am pretty sure they are safe (please correct me if I am mistaken). But are older soaps generally good? Were these good soaps and do soaps deteriorate with age?
