I am wondering, surely what these replating services advertised on the boards and the like charge for a replate, $60 in nickel and $100 in gold, isn't the real cost of electroplating. Considering that it is known that they outsource to the companies that actually do the plating there must surely be a huge markup they charge to make a profit. Maybe we can pool our razors and get a very good price on them at the real cost. Any thoughts?
At this point it is merely tentative
