Anybody else use Chiseled Face (particularly the Sherlock scent)? This morning's the first time I splashed it on directly after my shave. I used a (very) unpopular blade for the third 3-pass shave and am still thrilled with how close the shave is, even though I could tell the blade was a bit dull. And I felt no irritation at all, anywhere, until the moment I splashed on the AS, and boy did it burn.
I think it was a mistake using a new AS when I was still trying to determine how long this blade would last. I should've used Pitralon, since that's what I'd used the 2 other times I shaved with this same blade.
So is this AS particularly harsh, or was the blade really that rough?
