Schlick Krona TTO knob replacement?

I picked up a Krona on the cheap to see if I liked it, which it turns out I really do. Great razor!

The reason I got it so cheap is that is is missing the TTO knob off the bottom of the handle. I can open and close the razor just fine. However it looks a bit crummy.

Can I take the knob off another Krona to fix my otherwise excellent condition Krona? It looks like the knob is just a press fit.
