Hey guys,
I recently brought the wee scot as a travel brush for when space is at a real premium, and just because it looks so damn cool!
However, it seemed like there was no real protective case for this brush without using pill bottles etc which didn't really appeal to me. Therer was a small Simpson travel tube available, which fits my 'Case' pure badger perfectly, but there was still a lot of movement when the wee was put in it.
A thought then occurred to me that I had a Muhle synthetic travel shave brush stored away somewhere, the tube case of which from memory was about the same length and base diameter as the wee scot. Well, I tried this the other day and oh wow, what a good fit! No rattling at all in a nice sturdy metal tube, with a well vented lid that screws down with no problem and holds it all in place nicely!
Anyone who has a Wee Scot and wants to hit the road in style with this little beast owes it to themselves to try this! A great travel option!
Thanks
R.
