I have been soaking my DE razors in a little Dawn dish soap and then brush cleaning them, heat them in the oven to make sure dry and oiling the mechanisms ( about every 30 days because I use a SR 95% of the time) The wife has a black handled slim adjustable. She showed me yesterday a sparkling brand new looking razor so I asked her, how did you do that. She put it in the barbesol jar for 30 minutes and rinsed it off. It looked like it just got back from the replaters.
