O, Canada!
My lantsman, Mr Brian Hoffman from First Canadian Shave Soap Company in Barrie, Ontario came out with an AWESOME soap which is not too far from the Stirling Glacial soaps in menthol power. It's called Polar Vortex and it has a nice, clean scent which I find a bit tough to describe other than the fact that it has a powerful menthol note. I think I smell a bit of lemon as well, but it's mostly the menthol that greets you when you open the container. The lather whips up so easily, and within seconds your face feels like a sheet of ice. Its post-shave feeling is smooth, well-moisturized, and comfortable. $20.00 CAD is not too cheap but it's a fairly large container and it doesn't take much soap to achieve a great lather. Definitely I'll buy it again!
