I had gotten a straight razor at an antique shop. One of the scales broke before I even got home with it.
After takink a look at it and cleaning the blade, there were more nicks in it than I had thought.
I am working on it right now, have been honing it for about an hour.
I'm just wondering, how long does it usually take to hone out a nick?
