I believe I may have seriously skewed my expectations of what a SR should feel like by constantly comparing it to my Personna-loaded shavette. As I mentioned in another thread I'm actually very happy w/my Norton 8K edges. But something in the back of my mind always pulls me back into comparing SR's to 'vettes. Is this even a fair or mentally healthy comparison from a honing perspective or am I just setting myself up for frustration?
