Hi everyone,
Came across an article the other week that was speaking about how using heavier weights for less reps was better for building muscle mass, where as using lighter weights for more reps was better for increasing endurance.
What are people's thoughts on this?
I've currently been alternating between the two, one session has been heavier weights for less reps, and the next lighter weights for more reps. But would be interested in hearing what everyone thinks.
