Help me choose blades for sampling

So I'm getting my first DE Razor and I'm looking to try out the most popular razor blades for my new shaving experiment.

I've decided to go straight to the pro's in this forum to help me build my blade sample pack. I've seen various sample packs on Amazon and other sites but they always seem to include some brands that I don't see people using/recommending too often.

If you fine folks don't mind, please give me your personal list of 5-10 of the best blades that I should purchase when I create my own sampler. Also please be specific. What I mean by that is I notice as an example that Gillette 7 o'clock has numerous variations to that name(Super Platinum, Super Stainless, etc.).

FYI - My skin is a little sensitive and my facial hair comes in thick and tough. After I shave with a high end disposable my face/neck still feels like sandpaper. I despise shaving and I'm hoping that changing to a safety razor will give me better results.
