Looking for a little insight.
I bought a large lot of 10-ct Personna Platinum Chrome dispensers.
They were supposedly "New" but not packaged. Arrived in a ziplock bag.
- 1/4 of lot had most of the 10 blades rattling in used blade holder on backside. Obviously not new.
- 1/2 of lot had wrong blade type, wrong markings on blades. See pic.
- 1/4 of lot had correct type, arrows on top blade point to the left.
- 1 dispenser looks correct.
My experience has been that 10-ct Personna dispensers (and I have used a LOT) has the top blade with arrows, pointing to right. See pic.
Pretty clear what occurred but would like to hear comments.
