I'm looking for information on this heavy, silver-plated, vintage Rotbart. I have never seen another one like it except for here:

I bought it on the 'Bay from some guy in Germany - he was nice enough to mail it to me all the way from Deutschland. I have not been able to find a model name or number, dates of manufacture, or anything else. Moreover, the interior surfaces (barrel and bottom of the cap) are coated with a white/tan substance I have never seen before. Any ideas?
