Hello Pen Freaks!!
I have just made a couple of purchases to gain entry to this portion of B&B.
Here they are:

As you can see they are both rollerball pens. A Lamy 2000 with medium point and a Rotring Rapid Pro with medium point. I really do like them both, but seem to prefer the Rotring for two reasons. First, I like the weight/feel of the pen. I also like that it's 1-piece and not two. Until I get used to carrying a pen as EDC, I want to make sure I don't lose one. With the Lamy 2000 and the 2-pieces I could lose it if the cap somehow comes loose and lose the pen part of it and just have a cap.
I'm enjoying carrying a pen and like to reach for my own pen to sign things, then get comments about my pen.
I do have a question to other Nib'ers- I see the more widely used nibs here with converters that require the pen be refilled. As far as performance, do these type pens write better/smoother than a rollerball? What are the advantages/disadvantages? I'm trying to learn more. There's so many options.
Glad to be a part of another forum of B&B. I just love this place for the neverending supply of info.
Thanks and Cheers!!
