I have been using a Maggards razor with a 3A head and it has been fine... for the 4 shaves I have had with it, no nicks and only iritation on the last pass of the third shave which I think was because the blade was knacked. I am only doing 2 with the grain passes and that is pretty good for me. I just received 2 vintage DE razors, a fatboy and a superspeed and really want to test them. I have read I should stick to one razor and one blade for a while but, meh, I just want to explore....
